Kenya Airways cancellation policy provides travelers with several flexible options when plans change. Depending on the fare type, passengers may receive a full or partial refund, or a travel voucher if the ticket is non-refundable. Cancellations can be made online through "Manage Booking" or by contacting customer service. If Kenya Airways cancels or significantly reschedules a flight, travelers are usually entitled to a full refund or free rebooking. While fees may apply to voluntary cancellations, the process is clear and customer-friendly. Overall, the Kenya Airways cancellation policy makes it easier to handle unexpected changes with confidence.
